About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Shanghai Gongpolu Network Technology Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of Arvenmont™ and arvenmont.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not submit a purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live and capable of entering a binding contract. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and accept these terms.

Customer Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential confidentiality, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the store, customers, or legal rights.

Product Information

We aim to describe baby and toddler products accurately, but screens, photography, materials, and manufacturing batches may produce minor differences in color, print placement, texture, or measurements. Product availability can change without notice. A material error will be handled under applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify payment, shipping details, availability, purchase limits, and fraud indicators. A contract is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, failed verification, suspected fraud, resale activity, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing or technical error. Captured amounts for canceled items will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Applicable discounts, shipping, taxes, and the final total appear before payment. You authorize charges to the selected method and confirm you are permitted to use it. Your provider may impose currency conversion or other fees beyond our control.

Processing & Shipping

Most orders process within 2–4 business days and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned merchandise is received and inspected. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Eligibility, exclusions, costs, and instructions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery when possible and provide the order number, description, photos or video, shipping label, and packaging. After verification, we may offer a missing part, replacement, reshipment, return, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or dispatch. We do not charge a cancellation fee for a successfully canceled order.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions are subject to stated dates, availability, purchase requirements, and exclusions. Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct an obvious error or misuse subject to applicable law.

Product Use & Safety

Review the product page and all instructions before use. Follow age, weight, assembly, use, care, warning, and supervision guidance; inspect products regularly; stop use if damage could make an item unsafe; and keep packaging away from children. Store content is general information and not medical or professional advice. Ask a qualified professional about a child’s specific needs.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Products are offered primarily for personal or household use. We may limit quantities, decline suspected unauthorized resale orders, or request additional verification. Written approval is required for commercial resale or use of Arvenmont™ branding.

Intellectual Property

Store text, graphics, branding, product presentation, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may use the store for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or exploit content without permission.

Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and use it in connection with the store and our business. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the store, commit fraud, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access without permission, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services & Links

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs action, natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, epidemics, network outages, government action, or supply interruptions. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect where practical.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the store and products are provided subject to the express descriptions and mandatory warranties that apply. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any permitted aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where law requires otherwise.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any court or forum requirement applies only to the extent valid under applicable law.

Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
